Current data includes information from:

• Publications approved by the Printsellers Association 1847 - 1920
• Publications approved by the Fine Art Trade Guild 1915 - 1997

By supplying us with the smallest of details, i.e. "image size" and "subject" it may be possible to complete the missing information of the publication including the engravers name: original artist: title: edition number: date of publication: publisher and other information. The print must carry the embossed stamp of either the Printsellers Association or Fine Art Trade Guild.
The information service carries a non-refundable standard fee of £20 to cover our time/research involved with your enquiry and although we do not supply biographies on artists or engravers, we will endeavour to obtain additional information if available.

We also provide estimates and valuations for use in probate and for insurance purposes at a fixed fee of £20 per item.

(Although we will be as accurate as possible in supplying information no guarantee of authenticity is implied or given as any valuation is based on research, our personal opinion and from information supplied by clients which is assumed as authentic without close inspection of the artwork ).
