Goodwin, Leslie

Leslie Goodwin was born in Leicester on 13th June 1929 and worked as a commercial artist before going on to lecture in art at Leicester University until his retirement in 1994. A member of the Royal West of England Academy and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Artists.

He exhibited many works at the Royal Academy in London and was awarded the MBE in January 2000 for his charitable work.
