Roger Payne is an American illustrator. The measurement of the outside of the frame is 48cm x 44cm (portrait). The actual paintings vary in size.The illustrations are in gouache (watercolour). The paintings are circa 1970's. Many of the Illustrations were used in publications including the book titled "The Wrong Doctor". The paintings are sold framed.
